INTRODUCTION

A war against Cancer and AIDS is going on through out the world, And there are very few hospitals in India specially for the poor to cope with the ever increasing demand specially when AIDS and Tuberculosis or Diabetes are associated with complications of Cancer in secondary stage so  His Holiness Swami Bodhanand Ji dreamt of such a hospital which may provide the poor people a treatment free of cost, at least to those whose yearly income is less than RS.18000/- or in nutshell the weaker section of the Society. Deoband is a ruro urban area, and it is very difficult to raise funds for the Cancer Hospital from this place, therefore, a resolution was made to get approved by the National Committee for Social and Economic Welfare, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi.
